WHAT TO EXPECT

Welcome to our practice! When you arrive, we'll sit down with you to discuss your medical history and any concerns you have about your oral health. Your individual needs and desires guide our approach.

 

During your first visit, we'll take a scan (3D image) and x-rays to get a comprehensive understanding of your oral health. We'll also take the time to assess your TMJ and oral tissues, ensuring we consider your overall well-being. Together, we'll explore various options to improve your oral health in a way that aligns with your holistic health goals.

 

Your initial appointment typically lasts 40-60 minutes, allowing us to thoroughly evaluate your needs. In some cases, we may schedule a follow-up consultation to ensure we develop the best treatment plan for you. We deeply value our relationship with each patient and can't wait to embark on this journey toward optimal health together!

INSURANCE

We proudly accept most PPO out-of-network insurance plans as part of our commitment to serving our patients. Our dedicated team will assist you in preparing all necessary forms to maximize your dental benefits. 

 

However, it's essential to remember that your specific insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Should your benefits provide less coverage than anticipated, you are responsible for the remaining balance. To provide clarity, our staff is happy to submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company, ensuring you understand your benefits before proceeding with treatment.

 

For insured patients, our fees align with the usual and customary charges for similar services provided to all our patients. Please note that your insurance policy may have its allowances based on a fixed fee schedule, which may differ from our usual fees. It's important to recognize that insurance coverage varies among different companies, and some insurers may process claims promptly, while others may delay payment for several months.

 

We are not contracted with any insurance, but we welcome all PPOs and International plans, along with offering CareCredit® and RepeatMD financing options. Learn More.

DENTAL PAYMENT OPTIONS

Your smile is yours forever at BioSmile Dentistry, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it. Our practice accepts cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards and insurance plans for your convenience. Read our Financial Information.

PARKING

Easy parking in our building structure located on 2428 Santa Monica Blvd., Ste 303, Santa Monica, CA 90404 (unfortunately, we don’t validate), and here are other parking options:

  • 2 hours street parking in streets in the neighborhood and a quick 5 min walk

  • 2 hours meters in the alley between the parking structure and Kia

  • 2 hours meters on Santa Monica Blvd.
